July 3, Let’s Run for Olympics!

       In honor of the establishment of International Olympic Committee, to welcome the incoming of Rio Olympic Games, and to propagate the concept of “strengthen the physique and comprehensive fitness” in Dalian, “2016 Dalian Olympic Day Jogging Activity” of “To Build China Dream with the Same Heart”, sponsored by Dalian Sports Bureau, Dalian Ganjingzi District People’s Government, co-organized by Dalian Sports Center, Dalian Boxin Education Consulting Co., Ltd., and hosted by Dalian Gediao Sports Culture Transmission Co., Ltd., will be held at the square of Dalian Sports Center on July 3. The activity aims to promote the spirit of Olympic, spread the Olympic concept, popularize Olympic Games, and let the citizens not only appreciate sport games, but also participate in and enjoy themselves during the process.

       There will be many highlighting activities. Apart from 5 kilometer Olympic Day jogging, large scale of sports related performance will be on at the spot, and other activities are also to be arranged, such as color painting for athletes, water pistols for cooling, swimming pool carnival. What is worth mentioning is that almost 1,000 athletes will be invited to form five teams and display the Olympic five-ring, which will be the largest five-ring presented by people in Dalian.

       It is reported that enrollment has been started. No enrollment fee will be charged for the activity, and the first 500 athletes finishing jogging will be given exquisite prizes, and all the athletes finishing jogging will be given a certificate.
